Chef JD works at the Uncommon Ground located in the Arts and Crafts area of Gatlinburg, TN She is a good friend and an excellent Chef. She created this simple recipe using our White Peach Balsamic and a few ingredients she had in the kitchen. It is very quick and oh so delicious!
1 1/2C – white wine
2/3 C – White Peach Balsamic Vinegar
6 – T Tapioca
2 Dashes of Tabassco
1/4Tsp Red pepper
Remove cantalope meat and blend with White Wine in a blender.
Place belended cantalope in a one gal container and add the rest of the ingredients.
Shake and refrigerate for 3 hours
Serve in a bowl with a sliced strawberry
