Chipotle Olive Oil

Persian Lime Olive Oil

Persian LimeFlavor of Persian limes, also know as Tahitian limes. They are less acidic than key limes and don’t have the bitterness that lends to the key lime’s unique flavor. It’s great drizzled on fish, chicken, steak, salads, marinades and vegetables.

Portobello & Garlic Olive Oil

Another wonderful mushroom flavor with the added touch of garlic. Use to grill your cheese sandwich or sauté meats.

Italian Herb Olive Oil

This one makes your mouth water! It’s great for dipping, sautéing or used as a finishing oil. It has a vibrant herb flavor which would be great brushed on your grilled meats. Also try in pasta with blue cheese, roasted potatoes and on your vegetables. Serve with bread or even drizzled on popcorn.

Meyer Lemon Olive Oil

Meyer lemons are a cross between oranges and lemons, creating a sweet flavor with less of a bite than regular lemons. Drizzle on fish fillets before you bake or broil. Also excellent on salads, vegetables and in marinades. Lemon chicken will never be the same!

Oregano Olive Oil

House Olive Oil

Koroneiki Greek Olive Oil

The olives for this oil were hand picked in the Peloponnese and cold pressed to produce this fabulous oil. Some say this is the crown jewel of Greek extra virgin olive oils. Loaded with flavor, often used in recipes for chicken or lamb. Monovarietal oil made from Koroneiki olives. Acidity is less than 0.4%.

Moroccan Olive Oil

From Morocco, crushed with Picholine olives, this extra virgin olive oil is a toasty little gem with small hints of sunflower seeds, very creamy and buttery with a wonderful smooth pepper finish. This extra virgin olive oil has less than 0.1% acidity.

Italian Olive Oil

This Italian extra virgin olive oil is mild up front with a green flavor, then moves to a small taste of bitterness with a big peppery finish. Good for bread dipping, salad dressing or to drizzle on food before serving.

Organic Olive Oil

This beautiful extra virgin oil has a flavor profile of ripe olives with a hint of green apple and a nice small pepper finish. Less than 0.2% acidity.
