Balsamic infused with jalapeno chiles brings a touch of southwest flavor to your chicken, beef or seafood. Excellent for salads or as a finishing Balsamic  for vegies, drizzel over grilled fruit, fish or make a glaze using honey and your favorite oil.  This makes a wonderful base for dressings and marinades.
